You have the following rights with regard to your personal data:
3.1 General rights
You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability. If processing is based on your consent, you have the right to revoke this consent with future effect.
3.2 Rights in data processing based on legitimate interest
Pursuant to Art. 21 (1) GDPR, you have the right, for reasons arising from your particular situation, to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you that is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) e GDPR (data processing in the public interest) or on the basis of Art. 6 (1) f GDPR (data processing to safeguard a legitimate interest); this also applies to profiling based on this provision. In the event of your objection, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims.
3.3 Rights in relation to direct marketing
If we process your personal data for direct marketing purposes, you have the right, pursuant to Art. 21 (2) GDPR, to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for such marketing purposes; this also applies to profiling insofar as it is related to such direct marketing.

4 Collection of personal data when visiting our website
When you use the website for informational purposes only, i.e., if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) f GDPR:
–IP address, date and time of the request, time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), content of the request (specific page), access status/HTTP status code, amount of data transferred in each case, website from which the request originates, browser, operating system, and its interface, language and version of the browser software.
ALBIS Distribution GmbH & Co. KG cannot assign this data to specific individuals. This data is not merged with other data sources; the data is also deleted after statistical evaluation and is used exclusively to improve the attractiveness, content, and functionality of our websites.
5 Contacting us by email or contact form
When you contact us by email or via a contact form, we store the data you provide (your email address, name, and message) in order to respond to your questions. Your request is usually processed on the basis of our legitimate interest, Art. 6 (1) f GDPR. If we request information via our contact form that is not necessary for establishing contact, we have always marked this as optional. 7 Google Analytics
If you have given your consent, Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, is used on this website. The responsible body for users in the EU/EEA and Switzerland is Google Ireland Limited, Google Building Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (“Google”).
Google Analytics uses cookies that enable an analysis of your use of our websites. The information collected by the cookies about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
With Google Analytics 4, IP address anonymization is enabled by default. Due to IP anonymization, your IP address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. According to Google, the IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data.

The European Commission adopted its adequacy decision for the USA on July 10, 2023. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Privacy Framework. Since Google servers are distributed worldwide and a transfer to third countries (e.g., Singapore) cannot be completely ruled out, we have also concluded the EU standard contractual clauses with the provider.
The data we send and link to cookies is automatically deleted after 14 months. The maximum lifetime of Google Analytics cookies is 2 years. Data that has reached its retention period is automatically deleted once a month.
The legal basis for this data processing is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) (1) TDDDG. You can revoke your consent at any time with future effect by accessing the cookie settings and changing your selection there. The legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation remains unaffected.
You can also prevent the storage of cookies from the outset by adjusting your browser software settings accordingly. 8 Advertising

In addition, we use cookies to limit the likelihood of an advertisement being displayed and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising measures. 9 Data transfer

Insofar as external service providers may come into contact with your personal data, we ensure within the scope of order processing in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR that they comply with the provisions of data protection laws in the same way. We have taken extensive technical and operational precautions to protect your data from accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction, or access by unauthorized persons. Our security procedures are regularly reviewed and adapted to technological progress.
To secure our online forms and protect them from misuse by automated access (bots), we use the Cloudflare Turnstile service offered by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.
Turnstile checks whether an entry is made by a natural person or abusively by automated programs. For this purpose, various technical information from the accessing device is evaluated (e.g., IP address, user agent, referrer, timestamp, browser properties, TLS fingerprint, and interactions with the website). This processing is carried out solely for the purpose of preventing spam and attacks on our website.
The data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) f GDPR (legitimate interest). Our legitimate interest lies in defending against abusive automated access and protecting our IT systems.
A contract for order processing (Data Processing Addendum, DPA) has been concluded with Cloudflare in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. Insofar as data is transferred to the USA, this is done on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) of the European Commission in accordance with Art. 46 (2) c GDPR.
